Meet The Homelink Team

Devon Homelink is part of North Devon Homes Ltd, a charitable housing association. We are based in Westacott Road, Barnstaple.

The Devon Homelink alarm service began in 2006, when we first started installing emergency response alarms for customers in the wider North Devon community.  In 2009 we took over the alarm service from Devon County Council for this area and we now have approximately 1200 community alarms and 300 Support Customers in North Devon.

We are a trusted provider of services for people in the area; we receive referrals from Social Services, GP’s, Occupational Therapists and local hospitals.

North Devon Homes Ltd offers sheltered accommodation for people accessing Devon Home Choice and many of our customers in our homes benefit from a Support Officer to support independent living through regular welfare checks.

There is a team of four staff based in our main office and a team of 13 Support Advisors based in satellite offices across North Devon.

Our aim is to help people to live independently in their own home by offering a variety of services ranging from an emergency response alarm offering 24/7 reassurance to regular visits to a simple keysafe fitted on a property for access.
